Why a German-Italian team helps
A wedding in Italy often brings two worlds together: guests from Germany and family on site. If the photographer and videographer can talk to both sides, you have less to mediate on the day itself. You do not have to work out who translates what when it comes to the schedule, the meeting point for the group photos or the moment of the speech.
Lorenzo Conti is a trained photographer and videographer. His professional journey began in 2013, and since then he has specialised in weddings. You can find out more about him and the team under Lorenzo Conti and team.
Planning in German or English, arrangements on site in Italian
We get to know each other by phone or video call. You do not have to come to us for that. Enquiry, quote and arrangements reach you in writing, in German or English. What we clarify with you beforehand:
- Date, place and venue, if they are already fixed
- Schedule of the ceremony, reception and party, and when the light is best
- The venue’s rules for photos, film and drone
- Plan B in case of bad weather
On the wedding day we talk to witnesses, family and the venue in Italian. We are not wedding planners and do not organise the celebration. We advise on the schedule and join in the conversation when our work requires it.

Sicily: the focus of the reportages we show
Six of the seven reportages from abroad were made in Sicily. They show the style of the images, the places and the course of a day better than any description. More about places, planning and the course of the day on site is on the page Wedding photographer and videographer in Sicily. The reportages at a glance:
- Kyra and Ryan: a couple from Malta, ceremony in the church Madonna della Rocca in Taormina, celebration at Villa Mon Repos. There is a film of this wedding too.
- Giulio and Roberta: Taormina, Villa Garbo
- Giorgio and Valeria: Taormina
- Rossella and Vincenzo: a couple from Germany, Taormina
- Riccardo and Lucia: Catania, Villa Fago, with a wedding film too
- Roberta and Francesco: Messina, Borgo Musolino
Other regions in Italy
Lorenzo has covered weddings in many regions of Italy, among other places in Sicily, Apulia, Rome, Tuscany and on the Amalfi Coast. We are also happy to be there for you at Lake Garda or Lake Como. We do not show reportages from there on this website yet. Write to us with your place and date, and in our conversation we will talk through how we can cover your day.

Malta
Malta lies south of Sicily. One reportage from there is online: Maximilian and Giulia in Malta. If you marry in Malta from Germany, you plan from a distance, which is why we get to know each other by phone or video call. We have also covered weddings in Greece and Spain, more under Destination weddings.
How it works
- You send us your date and place via the enquiry form. We usually reply within 24 hours and tell you whether we are free on that day.
- We get to know each other by phone or video call. Lorenzo explains how he works and what you get, and you tell us about your day and your wishes.
- You receive a written quote with all services and the price for your day. How it comes about is explained under Prices and packages.
- With the contract, the date is reserved for you.
Travel and travel costs
How the team travels and what that costs depends on the wedding location and your circumstances. That is why we talk it through personally in the first conversation and find a suitable solution for every wedding. The total is stated in advance in the written quote, before you decide.
