Lorenzo Conti and his team photograph weddings across Germany and all over Europe. We are based in the Sauerland (a region in western Germany) and work all over North Rhine-Westphalia. Destination weddings are Lorenzo’s passion: do you live in Germany and want to marry somewhere else? Then we go with you all the way, abroad included. You get a reportage that tells your day the way it was: on average 500 to 800 edited images from a full-day wedding, delivered in a private online gallery. Reportage, not posing
We work quietly and stay in the background. You celebrate, we capture what happens: the look as you walk in, the speech that has everyone laughing, grandma on the dance floor.
There is hardly any staged posing with us. We only step in when it helps, for example with the light or the group photos. We edit the images in a natural, elegant way: calm colours, clean contrast, true skin tones. Lorenzo’s view: photography is art, so choose based on what you like.
Marrying abroad: full support from start to finish
If you live in Germany and marry abroad, you want a destination wedding photographer who captures the day in a lively, authentic way and stays with you from start to finish. That is our focus. We get to know each other by phone or video call, so you do not need to come to us. How your wedding photography works
Getting to know each other and planning
In a no-obligation conversation, ideally by video call, Lorenzo explains how he works and what you receive. You tell us about your day and what you wish for. We advise on the timeline and the light, for example on a first look and golden hour, on the location and on the group photos. This becomes a photographic plan that you do not have to stick to on the day, but that gives you peace of mind.
On the wedding day
We arrive early, check the light and the routes, and coordinate with your witnesses, the officiant and the venue. During the ceremony we work unobtrusively and let the moments unfold. After that come the group photos, the couple portraits and the celebration, and we stay until the party is properly under way.
Selection, editing, gallery
We choose the best images with care and edit them. You receive the full gallery privately online; how long that takes depends on the effort involved. The images come in high resolution for prints and in web size for sharing. If you would like to see something sooner, we will send a small preview after a few days if you like.
The couple portrait session
During the couple portraits we give small prompts, keeping everything as natural as possible. There are no stiff poses. If the wedding day is too full or the weather does not play along, you can take the shoot on another day as an after-wedding shoot. This is available on request for an extra fee, as a rescheduled shoot is not included in the price. We will talk through the details in our conversation.
Album: memories you can hold
A digital gallery is practical. An album is something else: you relive your day page by page. We design every album individually and produce it in fine-art quality.

How many images will we get?
For a full-day reportage, on average 500 to 800 finished, edited images, edited in Lorenzo’s style. With shorter coverage there are correspondingly fewer.
How long until we get the gallery?
That depends on the effort involved. On request, you get a small preview after a few days.
How many people will come to the wedding?
For a full-day reportage there are three of us: a photographer, a videographer and a third person who supports both. If you book photography only, Lorenzo comes alone. You can just as well book the video service on its own.
Do you also photograph only part of the day, for example the civil ceremony?
Yes. We cover anything from 4 hours to the whole day. How long you would like someone with you is something we settle in our conversation.
Do you give us instructions during the couple portraits?
Only small prompts. You should feel comfortable, and the images should look natural. If you would rather have no direction at all, just tell us beforehand.
What if it rains?
It will still be beautiful. We know every kind of weather and have the equipment for it. If you like, you can take the couple portraits on another day as an after-wedding shoot. Such a rescheduled shoot costs extra and is not included in the price.
Can we bring our own ideas and shots?
Gladly. Tell us what matters to you when we get to know each other, for example a family photo with all generations or a particular place. We will build it into the plan.
Do we get an album?
The album is an extra on request. Whether you would like one, and in which finish, we discuss in our conversation, and it then goes into your quote.
How much does wedding photography cost?
That depends on your day. Lorenzo talks to you first, clarifies your wishes and the effort involved, and then gives you the price in writing. You can read why under Prices and packages.
